Wisconsin Youth Company is a non-profit organization operating since 1974. Wisconsin Youth Co. provides high-quality out-of-school programming throughout Dane and Waukesha Counties. Programming includes before and after school, 4K wrap, summer camps, Middle School U, and break programs. Wisconsin Youth Co. operates Elver Park and Theresa Terrace Neighborhood Centers offering residents equitable access to resources in the Elver Park and Hammersley/Theresa Terrace neighborhoods. Wisconsin Youth Co.?s mission is to engage youth in opportunities to encourage them to be their best selves. Wisconsin Youth Company ? where kids thrive beyond the school day! Mission:?Wisconsin Youth Company exists so that the children of south central Wisconsin thrive outside the school day at a level that justifies the resources invested. Our mission is that: Children will have a sense of belonging through supportive relationships with peers and adults. Children will value themselves and explore personal interests. Children will develop life skills consistent with their abilities. WYC?s southwest Madison neighborhood will grow in community capacity.
