Souder, Miller & Associates (SMA) is a professional engineering consulting firm serving western Colorado, eastern Utah, eastern Arizona, and New Mexico. SMA has successfully worked throughout the Rocky Mountains and southwest United States providing civil, structural, and environmental engineering and surveying services for state, municipal, and private clients. SMA's civil and structural engineering services include commercial and municipal site planning and development, concrete foundation and earthen structures, streets, roads and bridges, hydrological studies and hydraulic structures, water distribution and sewer systems, water and wastewater treatment systems, and preparation of construction documents including drawings, specifications, and contracts. In addition, SMA has the capabilities to provide construction support services as may be required to finalize a successful project.
