The Primex Family of Companies is a privately held, three-division strong family business focused on applying current and future technology to make our customers' lives easier and more convenient. We got our start in 1972 when Fred and Karen Koermer founded Klockit, selling clocks and parts to local businesses and hobbyists out of their kitchen (talk about a challenging work environment!) Today, Klockit, Chaney Instrument, Primex Inc. and Primex Wireless are all part of the family calling scenic Lake Geneva, Wisconsin home. We also have offices in Canada, the UK and Hong Kong. Our products are sold in over 35 countries across the globe. With almost half a century of business under our belts, we have related business lines in commercial and consumer products, each with a technology component to its product offerings. Our total revenue is fast approaching $100 million and our history reflects constant growth in new product offerings, new product lines, cost control and employee growth.
