As of January 1, 2018, LIAAC has accomplished a major reorganization. We are now a smaller, leaner agency, but we continue to serve some of Long Island's most vulnerable communities. We continue to have a mobile testing presence throughout Long Island. In addition, through our Health Homes programs, we serve over 350 clients struggling with a range of conditions: HIV/AIDS, Diabetes, Mental Illness, Obesity, Heart Disease, Asthma, Alzheimer's disease, Dementia, Renal Failure, etc. LIAAC's commitment to the community remains firm and undiminished.
