LeverPoint Management, LLC was established in 1995 as part of The Encompass Group of The Ayco Company L.P., a Goldman Sachs subsidiary. In August of 2007, the business spun out of The Ayco Company and formed LeverPoint, and has since been operating as a leading boutique Fund Administration firm. LeverPoint provides accounting and Fund Administration solutions to over 105 firms with approximately $50B in AUA. Our clients are spread over a diverse range of Private Equity and Venture Capital firms across the country, ranging in size from first time firms with AUM of $50M, to established firms with AUM of $19B. Recently, LeverPoint has merged with Ultimus Fund Solutions.
