In 2005, a business owner searching for a bank that understood the needs of a small business ran with a bold idea: to build a full-service bank that puts people at its core. We quickly grew to be one of the top performing banks in the country. Today, we span across New York and New Jersey offering cutting edge financial solutions to our clients and communities. Building the bank through the lens of the client has caused us to act the exact opposite of what people have come to expect from our industry. We've always been comfortable as the contarian. We speak differently, ConnectOne Bank has relationship specialists, not tellers. We're about the dialogue, not just selling financial products. And we don't have branches, we have bank offices, places where our clients can come together to connect, use our technology, and conduct business because their needs go far beyond a transaction. As much as words matter here, we can't become a better place to be by talking about it.
