Homeward Trust Edmonton

Homeward Trust Edmonton is a not-for-profit organization committed to ending homelessness in our city. We lead local efforts that address homelessness and its devastating impacts on individuals, families, and neighbourhoods. We believe that everyone has the right to a home and that our communities are stronger, safer and more vibrant when homelessness is addressed. At Homeward Trust we are dedicated to making the difference. Our efforts are driven by community need and priorities as outlined in A Place to Call Home: Edmonton?s Plan to Prevent and End Homelessness. We work with agencies, neighborhoods, mainstream systems, community members, and all orders of government in pursuit of our goal, grounded in the belief that we can and will end homelessness in Edmonton. We are proud that our community is recognized locally, nationally, and internationally as a leader in this work. Mission:?We are ending homelessness in Edmonton. There are many paths in and out of homelessness, and no one program, service, or idea is the solution for everyone. To reach our goal, we know that big change is required, and that it will take a whole community striving together.
