HDC has been supporting people with disabilities since 1969. We believe all individuals have the same rights and needs as any one else, and that they should be provided opportunities to continue to develop throughout their lives and become contributing members of their community. We are a not-for-profit organization with caring, dedicated staff who understand the importance of their work.
