Divestco helps answer the questions "What's shaking?" and "Is there oil in them there hills?" The company provides seismic and exploration software and services for the oil and gas industry. Its software allows users to interpret seismic activity, map oil and gas properties, and collect and retrieve data. Divestco's services include archiving and transcribing data, data survey audits, database administration, document imaging and storage, log digitizing, and seismic data brokerage. The Canadian company was formed in the 2003 merger of Divestco.com and International Datashare Corp.
