Since its formation in 1988, Dimension Development has successfully developed, acquired and managed full-service, all-suite, and limited service hotels. The company's various hotel partnerships have produced winning combinations in markets throughout the country. Dimension Development is a growth-oriented, hospitality management company. The company has a significant interest in all aspects of service excellence, product quality, and hotel performance. Founded by Sam J. Friedman, Dimension Development is based in Natchitoches, Louisiana. A former practicing attorney, Mr. Friedman is CEO of Dimension Development, and has more than 35 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He has played a significant role in the development of hotel franchise brands including Holiday Inn, Residence Inn, and Homewood Suites. Today our day to day company is led by Greg Friedman, Sam's son, along with our executive team. Greg is also an attorney and also serves as Dimension's General Counsel.
