Compass provides clinic-based behavioral health services for children with Autism and other developmental disabilities. We have a strong foundation in Applied Behavior Analysis to improve the quality of life for our clients. We accept virtually all insurances, including Medicaid. We are a staff of highly experienced ABA professionals that utilize proven, data-driven methodologies to treat autism and other developmental disabilities. All cases are supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. We are a rapidly growing organization that provides services in our state-of-the-art treatment centers. We currently have locations in Concord, Nashua, and Keene NH. Mission:?Compass was founded by parents of children with developmental disabilities, dedicated to creating a company with a key objective of removing barriers that parents face when trying to obtain treatment for their children. To that end, Compass is built on these foundational principles: REMOVING FINANCIAL BARRIERS: Compass was a pioneer in accepting NH Medicaid for ABA therapy services. Today, almost 70% of our caseload consists of families receiving NH Medicaid support, who otherwise may not have access to this vital therapy for months or years. Compass also has become credentialed with almost every private insurance carrier. If you have an insurance that isn?t on our current list of accepted carriers, let us know and we will start the process of becoming an approved provider. REMOVING GEOGRAPHICAL BARRIERS: Compass currently has ABA therapy centers located in 3 key geographical areas of NH where we have identified a significant level of need: Concord, Nashua, and Keene. This allows us to cover a significant percentage of the state population, and it allows parents to have access to services within a reasonable driving distance from their home. As Compass continues to grow in the future, we have plans to serve other communities north of Concord. REMOVING LANGUAGE BARRIERS: Compass makes an effort to recruit therapists who are multilingual, so that we can provide some level of native-language service to the increasingly multicultural population in NH. If we cannot provide a native-language therapist to the family, we work with a network of interpreters to help facilitate important parent meetings for families where English is not the primary language.?? REMOVING TRANSPORTATION BARRIERS: In our Concord and Nashua clinics, we partner with a Speech/OT/PT service provider who delivers their services in our clinic space. This means that parents don?t have to drive to multiple locations each week to obtain necessary services for their children. Children can receive all services they need in one place: the Compass clinic!? We are happy to cooperate with parents who live in the school districts where our clinics are located to help arrange for the school district to transport children in our afternoon program to our clinic locations.
