What began in 1937 as a small lamb and veal packer anchored in Detroit's Eastern Market has grown into a full-faceted protein company. 80+ years later, we now have more than 600 employees in multiple plants distributing a full range of boxed beef, pork, chicken, and seafood; and producing ground beef items, steak cuts, value-added products, and still to this day, fresh lamb and veal.
