Transitional Living Centers

TLC is an intermediate care facility for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We own and operate 13 residential group homes throughout the Brunswick and Valley city area and provide services to 92 individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We provide services to our individuals 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We also own and operate a day program for said individuals, Riverside Habilitation Center. The success of TLC is dependent on the success of the people living here.
