Resolute Management

Resolute Management, Inc. is a Third Party Administrator hired by clients to handle complex environmental, asbestos, and/or latent type insurance claims. We are proud to be an affiliate of the Berkshire Hathaway group of insurance companies and we believe our structure allows our employees to experience the benefits of a large company with a friendly, small company atmosphere. We provide claims handling services on behalf of certain insurance companies within the Berkshire group and a variety of unaffiliated companies who have entered into transactions for such services. Resolute also pursues reinsurance recoveries on amounts paid to or on behalf of insureds on these claims.
