Pharmakon LTC Pharmacy has been providing pharmacy services to extended care facilities throughout Indiana since 2003. Our main goal is to provide excellent customer service at a competitive price through reducing waste, customized packaging solutions, and cutting edge technology. Because of our ability to deliver customized solutions, we have become one of the preferred pharmacy providers in the midwest. We also operate Pharmakon Pharmaceuticals (a compound sterile product outsourcing facility), Eyelogics (an opthalmic pharmacy founded in 2012) and Select LTC Pharmacy (servicing Eastern Indiana & Ohio). As a founding principal, Pharmakon sought not to limit its service to only nursing facilities, but rather desired to expand its services to those who are in long-term child care facilities and those who are mentally ill.
