In 1965, Gene Krueger formed a software consulting company designing programs for McGraw Hill, TV Guide and even the Philadelphia Navy Yard. When his clients wanted new systems to operate independently, he bought a mainframe and set-up an office with a team of analysts. We grew to provide customer care with a call center, complex order processing and pick/pack/ship services for our clients. Today, National Fulfillment Services manages eCommerce, B2B, multichannel, catalog and auto-ship fulfillment for companies worldwide. Over our 50+ year history we have provided support to the largest users of fulfillment services in the country.
