Momentum for Mental Health

Momentum for Mental Health offers an array of high-quality programs and services that promote a healthier, independent future. Momentum has rich history and has been serving the mental health community for decades. The IRS granted our 501(c)(3) status in 1962. In 1997, four agencies, who collectively provided 100 years of services to the community, merged to form Momentum for Mental Health. This past year, 5000 individuals were served by over 400 staff with an operating budget of $35 million. Those numbers represent the largest totals in our history and speak to the absolute need for high quality, behavioral health services in our community. We will continue to serve those who have some of the most complex mental health needs in addition to other chronic, co-occurring health conditions, including substance use disorders. Momentum is proud to serve our community members with compassion, humility, dignity and expertise that our rich history has been built upon.
