We have much to celebrate as we enter our 40th year of business. As a not-for-profit child and family services agency, we create a brighter future for vulnerable children across California. Since opening our doors in 1980 we have helped nearly 10,000 children in foster care find their forever families. Additionally, we offer a variety of supports to children and families to help them overcome obstacles and reach their full potential. From visitation coaching, early intervention and prevention services, support to kinship families and help throughout the journey of adoption, we strengthen families in the multiple communities where we serve. Our employees are our greatest asset and we work diligently to provide a work environment that values the needs of our people, supporting one another so that we are well equipped to meet the needs of those we serve.
