Lauren's Institute for Education (L.I.F.E.) is a special place for developmentally disabled children and adults. We offer a variety of therapies that nurture each individual child's overall growth to improve their quality of life and the lives of their family members. Our services include four therapies (Physical, Occupational, Speech and Music), a Private School, Adult Program, Behavioral Support and Programming, and an Adult Program all under one roof, as well as Community Services including Habilitation, Respite and Attendant Care. Our philosophy of care addresses the whole child, not just traditional areas of need. Through our eclectic approach we believe that the child's emotional well being, both social/emotional awareness and self expression, is as equally important to a child's growth as is cognitive and physical functioning. Mission:?Our Mission Statement is "Improving quality of life for people affected by developmental disabilities through specialized, caring and affordable services."
