Choices Coordinated Care Solutions is a national nonprofit organization committed to supporting youth, adults, and families facing significant behavioral and emotional challenges. We partner with families, schools, providers, government agencies, and managed-care organizations to customize care for individuals and their families. Choices offers multiple services, including high fidelity wraparound, mobile crisis response, substance use care, foster home management, behavioral health services, and medical care coordination.
