Career T.E.A.M. helps former Welfare recipients get a J.O.B. The company provides Welfare-to-work programs used by federal, state, and local government agencies from eight offices in the Northeast and in Louisiana. Courses include case management, life skills, motivation, job search and retention, and career advancement. Career T.E.A.M. also provides corporate training programs for such clients as AT&T, Union Carbide, and SAAB, and creates career management and "lifestyle strategies" programming for radio, TV, and the Internet. Its courses for individuals include career, financial, health and fitness, relationship, and spiritual enlightenment training. The company was founded in 1996 by CEO Chris J. Kuselias.
