One-Trick Pony, and the Pony is Exhausted. Sr. Mgmt are old school. Creatively, it feels like 1992, and the purse-strings are tight...VERY tight. Vast majority of revenues come from one (1) large client. They?ve had this cash-cow for years, and maintain the account because the client isn?t looking for innovation, and likely gets bargain-basement prices. If that client ever decides to change agencies, this place will sink faster than the Titanic. Workday doesn?t end until 6pm, regardless of your schedule. Disincentive to stay late, unless absolutely needed. Raises and/or promotions hardly ever occur. And despite the stereotypical talk of "family," there's NO loyalty. Terrible self-promoters. They never win pitches; any business they manage to obtain is usually because someone in upper management knows someone, somewhere, who might have a bone to toss. Not innovative, but think they are. It?s a bad combination.
